CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS – QUOOKER TAP 2026 COMPETITION

1. Promoter: Regent St James Kitchens Ltd (Company No. 13287805), Pool Street, Great Yeldham, Essex, CO9 4HP.

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter, their close family members, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.

3. Entry Fee: Entry is free. No purchase necessary.

4. Acceptance: By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. Closing Date: Entries must be received by 19 December 2025 at 8:00pm. Entries submitted after this time will not be accepted.

6. Entry Requirements: Entrants must follow the steps detailed in the promotional post. Entrants with private accounts must send proof (screenshot) of their repost or story share. Each tagged comment counts as one entry.

7. Responsibility: The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues, platform outages, or any reason beyond its control.

8. Changes or Cancellation: The promoter may cancel, amend, or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions if an event occurs outside its control, such as technical failure, legal requirements, or force majeure. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.

9. Prize: One Quooker PRO3 Flex Chrome boiling water tap. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

10. Installation & Shipping:

Installation is not included.
Shipping is not included.
The winner is responsible for arranging and paying for their own installation and delivery.

11. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random using Wask (Instagram Comment Picker/Giveaways Tool) to ensure fairness and transparency.

12. Winner Notification:

The winner will be contacted via Instagram or Facebook direct message only from the official Regent St James Kitchens accounts.
The winner must respond within 14 days to claim the prize.
If no reply is received within 14 days, another winner may be selected.

13. Prize Collection: The promoter will arrange a mutually convenient time for the winner to collect the prize or provide information required for the winner to organise their own courier.

14. Final Decision: All decisions made by the promoter regarding the competition are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. Publicity: The winner agrees that their first name, surname initial, and/or image may be used in promotional material. Personal data will be handled according to UK data-protection law and will not be shared without consent.

16. Legal: The competition is governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
